Starting Your Journey
Taking the first step is often the hardest part. We have made our admission process as simple, compassionate, and stress-free as possible. From your first call to your first day of treatment, our team guides you every step of the way.
Step by Step
Reach out to us any time — day or night. Call or WhatsApp 0797 777 060, or complete the Book Now form on our website. Our team responds promptly to all enquiries, including urgent admissions.
You do not need a referral from a doctor to contact us. Anyone can make the initial call — the person seeking help, a family member, a friend, or a healthcare professional. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A member of our clinical team will conduct a thorough, confidential assessment — by phone, video call, or in person — to understand the individual's history, current situation, and treatment needs.
The assessment covers substance use history, mental health background, physical health, social circumstances, and treatment goals. This is completely free of charge and carries no obligation. Everything discussed is strictly confidential.
Based on the assessment findings, our multidisciplinary team designs a tailored treatment plan specifying the recommended program, duration, therapeutic approach, and expected outcomes.
The plan is developed collaboratively — we take your preferences, circumstances, and goals into account. It may include detox, residential rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, dual diagnosis treatment, or a combination of these.
On arrival at Tigoni, you are warmly welcomed by our team. You will be oriented to the facility, introduced to staff and fellow residents, and have your treatment plan reviewed and confirmed.
Medical checks are conducted on admission. Any medications you bring are reviewed by our clinical officer and psychiatrist. We take time to ensure you feel safe, comfortable, and ready to begin your journey.
You begin your structured treatment program — a carefully balanced schedule of individual therapy, group sessions, medical monitoring, recreational activities, and personal reflection time.
Progress is reviewed regularly by the full clinical team. Treatment plans are adjusted as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes. Family involvement is encouraged throughout this phase.
Before discharge, a comprehensive aftercare plan is developed covering outpatient follow-up appointments, support group recommendations, relapse prevention strategies, and family guidance.
We do not simply discharge clients and wish them well. Our aftercare planning is thorough and personalised. We remain available for ongoing support, and alumni are welcome to stay connected with our community.
Preparing for Admission
Our team will conduct a brief search of belongings on admission to ensure the safety of all residents and staff. This is done respectfully and with full explanation.
